Massage Therapy

Both Remedial/Relaxing Massages and Sports Massages are available.

Both Remedial/Relaxing Massages and Sports Massages are available.

Remedial/Relaxing: These massages are light in pressure and help relax and de-stress the body, whilst creating warmth and a sense of wellbeing

Sports Massage: These masses are deeper in pressure, working on deep tissue and helping the body recovery post training & injury. A must for all sports people and keen exercisers. (if you are part of a running/sports club, I can also come to the club and provide mobile massage treatments to your team)

Please note it should NEVER replace conventional medicine or treatment given from your GP, it is an holistic complimentary therapy.
