Fitness Classes


Its not a competition in classes, the only person you need to be better than is the person who you were at the last class.

Fitness Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, the beauty of my Classes is that you can work at your own ability, but with the added bonus of being surrounded by like minded women.

Classes are no longer than 45mins, as I understand how time poor we can be…therefore classes are based on quality and not quantity - helping you achieve maximum results in a fun group environment.

Aqua Fit (Spindles & Ark)

Fun Water based Class. This class is great for anyone with injuries/joint problems as its non weight bearing in the water, Fun Class using water based equipment.

6 Week Fitness Program

This program runs on a 6 weekly basis. The class includes Intervals, HIIT, Resistance and Cardio Training. Each week is different, but always a full body workout! This is £30 for 6 weeks

HIIT (Ark)

This Class is a High Intensity Interval Training classes that uses own body weight and some equipment to get the bets results. A mix of cardio and resistance training in a high intensity style....not for the faint hearted!! A good sweaty intense workout.

Legs, Bums and Tums (Ark)

This Class is all about targeting the Legs,Bums and Abs. Using own body weight and equipment, this class guarantees to make you feel the burn and get results.
